Pie Crust

Grandma Baker's Pie Crust.

4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 3/4 cups crisco
1/2 cup water
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp vinegar

cut dry ingredients into shortening until crumbly.  Add water, vinegar and egg, mix until a ball forms.  Refridgerate until ready to use.  

Makes 2 large or 3 small double crusts
